The total delivery time for an order consists of two stages: order processing and shipping transit.

Sunshine Jewelry currently provides international shipping to customers in the United States and the Philippines using international logistics transportation combined with trusted local last-mile delivery partners.

Shipping charges are calculated according to the destination and qualifying order value as shown below.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched and tracking information becomes available, you may receive a shipment tracking number or delivery update.

International shipments may use more than one logistics provider. Therefore, tracking information may be updated when your parcel is transferred from the international carrier to the local last-mile delivery provider.

• U.S. orders are delivered locally through USPS after arriving in the United States.
• Philippine orders are delivered locally through J&T Express Philippines after arriving in the Philippines.
• Tracking updates may occasionally take additional time to appear during international transit or carrier handover.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, recipient name, telephone number and other delivery information when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact Sunshine Jewelry as soon as possible. Once an order has already been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

Shipping Delays

International delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside Sunshine Jewelry's direct control. These may include customs inspections, transportation delays, severe weather, public holidays, local carrier delays, peak shopping periods or other logistics-related events.

If your shipment is taking longer than expected, please contact our customer service team and we will assist you in checking the latest available shipping information.

Lost, Delayed or Delivery-Issue Packages

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or your package cannot be located, please contact us with your order information. Sunshine Jewelry will help review the shipment status with the relevant logistics provider.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, customers should first check the delivery location, household members, reception area or local carrier before contacting our customer service team for further assistance.
